This granola is just full of oats, nuts, seed and fruit. Nice knobbly clusters allow snacking or eating as a traditional granola. The nuts deliver slow burn energy and the blend of fruit and spices brings out the nutty flavour
This one is mixed with hazelnuts and cashews to build on the mild nutty almond flavour
Sweetness comes from dates and apricots and a little kick of dried cranberries
The spices are a blend of nutmeg and cinnamon and so there is an aromatic note that is distinct enough to be different without necessarily being able to pin it down
As with all our granolas there will be clusters to nibble on as well as a more granular mix of granola- this one has flax complimenting the sunflower and pumpkin seeds adding a tough more fibre and omega 3 oil. As with all our granolas- the oats are gluten free
